How does access work?
Verified brands choose Limited Access (€80 monthly / €780 annual) or Brand Access (€150 monthly / €1,380 annual). Active access unlocks the approved directory, filters, shortlists and direct contact.
What is limited on Limited Access?
All approved profiles remain visible. Limited Access includes ten successful contact requests per calendar month, one active project shortlist, one active project and one team seat.
Does Brand Access have a contact limit?
No. Brand Access includes unlimited contact requests, shortlists and multiple active projects, with up to five team seats. Silent anti-spam protection still applies.
Does VERDE take a commission?
No. Brand and talent agree rates, rights, contracts, invoicing and payment directly. Talent fees, production costs and usage rights are separate.
Is joining free for talent?
Yes. Talent can apply, publish an approved profile and manage it without a membership fee.
Who controls a talent profile?

The route is deliberately clear. Payment never unlocks the directory on the frontend alone; access follows the verified Stripe confirmation.

VERDE verifies the company before a payment link can open. This protects the people in the pool.

What should I include in my talent profile?
Start with a clear portrait, your professional title, primary role, location, short biography, portfolio links, social links and current availability. Keep the information focused on the work you want to be considered for.
Can I edit my profile after it is approved?
Yes. You can update your profile, links, availability and visibility from your account. Significant changes may be reviewed again so the directory stays accurate and useful.
Is joining free for talent?
Yes. Talent can apply, publish an approved profile and manage it without a membership fee.
What is Brand Access?
Brand Access gives verified brands and agencies a direct route into the curated Talent Pool. It is designed for finding the right people and starting a clear conversation around a project.
How are brands and agencies verified?
We ask for basic company and project context before access is granted. This keeps the pool focused, protects talent contact details and helps conversations start with the right expectations.
Does VERDE take a commission?
No. Brand and talent agree rates, rights, contracts, invoicing and payment directly.
How do I reset my password?
Choose Sign in, select Forgot password and follow the link in the email. If it does not arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder and make sure you used the email connected to your account.
Who controls a talent profile?
The talent controls visibility, availability and which contact methods approved brands can see. A profile can be edited or withdrawn at any time.
Can VERDE build a production team for us?
Yes. Shortlisting, availability checks, team building and production are separate services available on request.
Can I join the community?
Yes. The community is an entry point for independent creatives who want to meet good people, stay close to opportunities and share their work.
How does VERDE handle personal data?
We only use the information needed to run accounts, review applications and connect the right people. Read the Privacy policy for details about storage, services and your rights.

Talent Pool terms
These draft terms explain how profiles are published and how introductions work. They are not legal advice and must be reviewed and approved by VERDE’s Austrian legal provider before they are binding.
Profile publication
Creatives may apply to join for free. VERDE reviews applications before a profile becomes visible. A published profile may include the information, portrait, portfolio links, selected work and availability that the creative chooses to provide.
Profile control and accuracy
Each creative controls their profile, visibility, availability and contact preferences. Keep details, links and availability accurate and current. VERDE may request clarification, pause a profile or remove content that is inaccurate, unlawful or unsafe.
Portfolio display and rights
By publishing work, the creative confirms they have the necessary rights or permissions for VERDE to display the submitted material in the Talent Pool. The creative keeps ownership of their work; no usage rights are transferred to VERDE or to a brand through directory access.
Contact requests
Verified brands may send a project-context contact request through VERDE. VERDE reviews and forwards suitable introductions. Contact details are protected and are not exposed for public browsing, scraping or bulk export.
Separate agreements
A Talent Pool profile or introduction does not guarantee a booking, fee or engagement. Any creative work, production, usage rights, rates, payment and cancellation terms require a separate agreement between the relevant parties.
Editing, withdrawal and deletion
A creative may edit or withdraw a profile and may request deletion by contacting VERDE. Some records may be retained where required for legal, security or accounting duties. Requests are handled under the Privacy Policy.
Review required
Publication consent, copyright permissions, data-controller roles, retention, liability, dispute handling and any terms between VERDE, creatives and brands require confirmation by an Austrian lawyer and data-protection advisor.

Cancellation
and refunds.
A clear draft of renewal, cancellation, payment recovery and refund handling for paid access.
Cancellation and refund policy
This draft is informational and is not legally approved. The final cancellation, refund and credit-note wording must be confirmed before any live subscription is offered.
Recurring billing
Limited Access and Brand Access may be billed monthly or annually. The selected interval and price are shown before checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled, and Stripe shows the next billing date and applicable tax.
How to cancel
Customers can cancel through the Stripe Customer Portal or by contacting VERDE. Unless mandatory law requires otherwise, cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid billing period and access remains available until that date.
Payment failure
If a payment fails, Stripe may retry the payment and notify the customer. VERDE may limit or suspend access after the configured recovery process. Access is restored when a valid payment is confirmed by webhook processing.
Refunds and credits
Refunds, partial refunds and credit notes are assessed against the final contract, applicable law and the delivered access period. A successful checkout does not itself guarantee a refund. Stripe records the payment event and VERDE keeps an audit trail.
Separate services
Talent fees, production costs, usage rights, bookings and third-party agreements are separate from Talent Pool access and follow their own cancellation and payment terms.
Review required
Consumer withdrawal rights, B2B exceptions, Austrian and EU VAT treatment, payment recovery, refunds, credit notes, suspension and liability require confirmation by an Austrian lawyer and tax advisor.

Brand Access terms
These draft terms describe the VERDE Talent Pool access product. They are not legal advice and must be approved and adapted by VERDE’s Austrian legal provider before checkout is enabled.
Access plans
Limited Access (€80 monthly or €780 annual) includes full approved-profile visibility, ten successful contact requests per calendar month, one active project, one active shortlist, one workspace and one team seat. Brand Access (€150 monthly or €1,380 annual) includes full visibility, unlimited contact requests, unlimited projects and shortlists, one workspace and up to five team seats. Full Access Forever and Enterprise are enquiry-based and activated only within an individually agreed scope.
Billing, renewal and cancellation
Monthly and annual plans renew automatically until cancelled. Stripe displays the final tax, next billing date and invoice. Cancellation is managed through the Stripe Customer Portal and normally takes effect at the end of the paid period. Failed payments may suspend access after the configured recovery process.
Use of the directory
Directory data is confidential to the verified company or agency. Scraping, bulk messaging, exporting, reselling, account sharing and contacting talent outside the stated project context are prohibited. VERDE may rate-limit or suspend abusive activity without turning anti-abuse controls into a commercial plan limit.
Projects, talent and production
The Talent Pool does not guarantee a booking. Talent fees, usage rights, production costs, contracts, invoicing and payment for work are separate agreements between the relevant parties. VERDE can provide sourcing, production or coordination separately on request.
Privacy and data rights
Account, billing and profile data are processed as described in the Privacy Policy. Talent contact data is shown only to authorised, active brand accounts and is never provided for public browsing.
Review required
Governing law, Austrian consumer rules, EU B2B VAT, refund and credit-note handling, liability, termination, perpetual Full Access scope and Enterprise agreements require confirmation by an Austrian lawyer and tax advisor.

This Privacy Policy explains how VERDE STUDIOS processes personal data when you visit the website, contact us, subscribe to the newsletter or use a talent or brand account.

Website & hosting
When you visit the website, technically necessary connection and server data may be processed, including your IP address, time of access, requested URL, referrer and browser or device information. The website is delivered through Hostinger. Processing is based on our legitimate interest in secure operation and abuse prevention (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and, where required, on contract performance.
Contact & newsletter
When you contact us, we process the information you provide (such as your name, email address, organisation and message) to handle your enquiry and communicate with you. For newsletter subscriptions we store your email address, consent timestamp, source and confirmation status. Newsletters are sent only after double opt-in; you can unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link. The legal bases are Art. 6(1)(b), (c) and (a) GDPR.
Cloudflare Worker & D1
Contact and newsletter forms send their submissions to our Cloudflare Worker. The records are stored in Cloudflare D1, protected against misuse and used only to process the relevant request. Cloudflare processes data on our behalf under its applicable privacy terms; depending on your region, transfers to third countries may occur.
Talent Pool & accounts
We use Supabase (Auth, database and Storage) for registration, login, talent profiles, profile images, approvals and brand access. This may include your email address, account role, profile and application data, availability, links, consents and, if uploaded, a profile image. Public profiles are shown only after VERDE review and your express publication or approval. The legal bases are Art. 6(1)(b) and (a) GDPR.
Payments
If you purchase Brand Access, Stripe processes the data required for Checkout, payment, invoicing and, where applicable, the customer portal. VERDE does not store card details. Stripe’s privacy information also applies.
Email delivery
Transactional emails, form confirmations and newsletter confirmations are sent through Resend. The mailbox office@verde-studios.com is operated through Hostinger. Only recipient and message data needed for the relevant delivery is shared.
Retention
We keep personal data only for as long as it is needed for the relevant purpose. Account and profile data remain until the account is deleted or the purpose ends. Statutory retention and evidence duties may require longer storage. Backups and security logs are overwritten or deleted after appropriate operational periods.
Your rights
Subject to the applicable legal requirements, you have the right to access, rectify, erase and restrict processing of your data, as well as data portability and objection. You may withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future by contacting office@verde-studios.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority.
No automated decision-making
We do not use automated decision-making or profiling on this website that has legal or similarly significant effects. Manual review of talent and brand applications supports the safety and quality of the directory.

Cookie settings details
VERDE currently uses no optional analytics, advertising or social-media cookies. Storage required for website functions is not used for advertising or cross-site tracking.
Strictly necessary storage
For login, session management and secure use of the Talent Pool, Supabase Auth may store session information in your browser. The website primarily uses Local Storage or Session Storage for this purpose. This storage is required to keep you signed in and to provide protected account features.
No optional cookies
No statistics, marketing, advertising or social-media cookies are currently set, so no consent banner for optional cookies is required. External services such as Stripe Checkout or Instagram open only when you select the relevant link; their own privacy notices apply there.
If this changes
If optional analytics, video or marketing services are added in the future, they will be blocked until you give consent and will be described here individually. Rejecting them will be as easy as accepting them. You can revisit your choice at any time through the Cookie settings link in the footer.
Browser settings
You can delete or block storage and cookies in your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary session data may limit login and account features. Questions about our storage practices can be sent to office@verde-studios.com.
